Email Whitelist Instructions

Two ways to "Whitelist" Our Emails
You’ll need to whitelist our email address to ensure you receive our newsletters and special offers.
1. Gmail Accounts
Follow These Instructions for Gmail:
1. In your inbox, locate an email from timeless.templates.shop@gmail.com (ex. your welcome email or the “Thank you for your purchase” email).
2. Click and drag this email to the “primary” tab of your inbox.
2. All Other Email Accounts
Follow These Instructions :
1. Add the email address: timeless.templates.shop@gmail.com (ex. your welcome email or the “Thank you for your purchase” email) to your email address book. This will normally involve right-clicking/holding a finger over on mobile on an email and finding the “Add to contacts” or “Add sender to contacts” option.
2. Check your Spam Folder and if the email has ended up in there for any reason. Make sure that our email address is marked as NOT being spam.
3. Done
You should now be able to receive all our lovey emails without any problems
